Kate's 7th Birthday

Wow- another year has come and gone and my little girl is growing up.

Kate turned 7 on Tuesday June 29th. On the Friday before, she went with her grandma Standage and her cousin Emma (whose turned 6 on the 25th) out for a fun day. They went to the movies, out to lunch, shopping at Toys R US and swimming.


Then on Sunday we had a family party for both at grandma's house. (The cake was my attempt at a purse and coin purse cake)



On her birthday, Chris brought home a bouquet of flowers and balloons. Then we took her to her favorite restaurant- Sweet Tomatoes for dinner.





Because I had to work on her actual birthday, on Wednesday I had her invite a few friends to go see Toy Story 3 and then out for ice cream at Dairy Queen.
